Mrs. Hobart served as the Auxiliary's National President during the 1921-1922 administrative year. This photo was taken in September 1939 at the 21st annual national convention of The American Legion, which was the 19th annual convention for the American Legion Auxiliary. The convention was held in Chicago, Illinois. |
